Here's a scene of hi-tech residential modern skyscraper building.
There are 22 floors resindence and/or office and 2 floors of carpark and 1 ground floor for shops.
After the very first post-processed image, each presentation image of model is as-is, no photoshop is used for post-process, the product is ready to render out-of-the-box satisfactorily. Images before the wireframe are V-Ray renderings, after the wireframe are default M-Ray renderings with Standard materials except the very last one: It is from MAX 2018 ART rendering with default Physical Materials.
The roof is flat.
Building facade is made of dark signal color aluminium composite, curtain wall, white plaster and model is to represent these materials.
The building is modeled from ready architectonic drawings. Exterior facade design is made with Archicad and then exported into 3ds MAX.

Building height 183,85 meters width is 150,53 meters depth is 223,45 meters
Render settings are optimized for a quick but high quality render for simulating a realistic hires exterior scene
The objects and are named architecturally and gathered in the according groups so it is easy to work with it. (for merging parts to other files or search in file etc.)
In the layer named 'SSS3D_BUILDING', the building is found. For easily merging, building is grouped.
All file formats contain identical geometry as seen above with clean and accurate construction (see wire frames above). All details have been fully modeled out. Materials and/or textures may need to be adjusted for the formats besides max format:FBX and OBJ formats contains materials with textures.
For native format, 3ds Max 2015 and V-Ray 3.00.08 render plugin is used with V-Ray materials. For the other format default Mental Ray with STANDARD materials are used.
Grass map and the plants are included. For the plants alone, please refer with keywords 'sss3D palm tree' in TurboSquid searching.
