This is a poly mesh (Subdivision) cartoon dog, fully rigged with Biped/Physique. Also has a Morpher modifier applied with various head targets for expression control and lip sync. Eyes are setup with look at targets to follow the camera, but easily changed to follow anything. File comes with animation which can easily be deleted. I've found a really quick way to do just that by saving out a BIP file with nothing in it and then loading that file, quickly clears all keys and returns the model to base position. Enjoy.
