Highly detailed residential building (condominium). The building is 28.6 meters (94 feet) long, 24.2 meters (79 feet) wide and 99 meters (325 feet) high. The building has 26 stories + roof floor. Interior of the building is also modeled. Interior rooms and balconies filled with low poly furniture that is sufficiently randomized. Interior hallways and staircases also modeled as can be seen in preview images. Since all similar elements are nicely grouped in single object, you can easily remove furniture, lights, window shades, floor lines or any other element.
If you want to create a night scene, there are three different objects containing mesh lights, one for rooms in apartments, one for balconies and one for interior hallways of the building. If you're using a Blender just give them a ~200 strength in emission shader. If you're using a different software apply an emission shader to the object in you're 3d software.
Preview images rendered in Blender with Cyles Renderer and 'filmic' color management option. Sky is procedurally generated. Clouds are procedurally generated and are not included in the file.
Modeled in real world scale such that 1 unit equals 1 meter. Model is composed almost entierly of quads, only 492 out of 361441 faces are triangles. Model not intended for subdivision.
