This model has been modeled with a clean topology based on quads and loops.

There is An Extra Terxture, is .psd, that contains the iris separated in another layer from the whole Eye, so you can change the Color of the Iris using 'Hue Saturation' of Photoshop without changing the whole Eye as you wish.
3DS Max's Files are not Rigged! It's contains the Morph for Pupils but not contains the Target Controls like Cinema4D's and Blender's does.
