It's a high detailed photoreal air circulator, Vornado 630
You can use 3ds Max 2010+ for rendering with Maxwell render and V-Ray. You can also use FBX, OBJ, 3DS or STL formats for Polygonal tools and 3DM, IGS or SAT for Nurbs modeler like Rhino.
In case of FBX, there are two version included. (normal & triangulated version)
In .Max and .3DM file, there are the same named objects embeded. So if you need more subdivided mesh for some parts, you can easily change it from the original Nurbs model.
In my case, I used 3DM->FBX->3dsMax converting process.
In .max file, there is an animated helper objects for rotating of head parts.
Object / Polygon / Vertex count is, (case of 3ds Max2013 file)

Materials, 2 textures, Camera is included with Lighting Setup. But HDRI is not included for reducing the price.
