The whole full oranges model use 'blended box mapping', which is commonly used technique of texturing in 3ds max. Although common earlier versions of 3Ds Max might not be able to display the texture of these few models correctly in viewport. Its a 3ds max viewport limitation. It doesn affect in any way the rendering. The render is displayed properly. This issue might 'scare' new users to 3ds max, do not worry, the model is perfectly ok and render perfectly ok, just 3ds max viewport displays few models with incorrect plannar mapping PURELY in viewport. Renders are ok.
