The textures and geometry are optimised for animated extreme close-ups.
All important textures are procedural.
Previews were rendered in MAX, FinalRender renderer.
Product includes 2 MAX versions:
MAX9:FinalRender Stage 2 + Final shaders
MAX9:Default Scanline renderer - Raytrace materials.
ALL TEXTURE MAPS ARE PROCEDURAL.
Which means that the model uses only 1 photo texture (for slice edges): all other important materials are composed of numerous combined native MAX texture maps e.g.: noise, speckle, cellular etc.
This makes renders a little slower on older computers but allows for more realistic reaction to different lighting setups and camera movements.
You can produce really high-res renders or fly your camera real close to the object without losing quality.
