The mesh has only ~13000 poly but don't hesitate to use subdividing smooth for an high detail look. Is prepared for Subdivision or Turbosmooth. there is no UV but the texture is generated cube. Subsurface Scattering is on for most of the materials.
Average time per render 1024x768 with 'blender render' on a single Pentium4 at 2.4Ghz with 1GB DDR1 Is 3.5hours.
