Models comes in two versions - High Poly and Low Poly. For ease of use, these versions are contained in separate archives, that's why there are 2 archives for 3Ds Max 2009 format, 2 archives for fbx format and 2 archives for obj format.

Besides that, in a separate archive Game_Engine_Maps there are texture maps for landscape developement in the game and realtime engines.
