The model is a railingtype and therefore exists of multiple families. The easiest way to import is to copy/paste the object from the projectfile.

The family is created for flat surfaces and is not minded for stairs. Because of Revit's limitations, use only the railing for straight lines. Corners should be done by two individual railings aligned against each other.
