missing eye textures, max file is a mess, tons of missing materials on the multi-sub
the author has obviously created the hair textures with a specific shader / channels in mind, but without specific details about how to reproduce, is very difficult to recreate the look of the screenshots.

There is some important thing. The .max scene contains model without textures. It's just grey material. The mesh was separate on different material IDs. So you can use multi-sub-material.   

In 'additional files' you can find preview from Unreal Engine 4. Also you can find textures for eyes
