This scene is extremely good both for close-ups and distant shots, so it can be used as a background or for fly-through animations or for anything else. Also, it looks great both at evening and day time.
It is fully textured and ready to use, most of the materials have not only diffuse maps, but also bump, specular, reflection and opacity maps (if needed). This helps keep polycount as low as possible, while scene remains very detailed.
City is tileable in any direction, so you can make it even larger then it already is.
In total, there are 31 unique building, out of which whole city is made.
Scene contains very large amount of hi-res textures, so you might want to turn on Bitmap Pager or Bitmap proxies to prevent 'out of memory' errors when rendering hi-res images on older computers. Also, I include another scene file, which is absolutely the same as original, but all the textures in viewports are off, viewport view is set to Box and Bitmap proxies are on by default. This scene is using much less RAM then original, so navigation is easier and renders are faster.
