this model uses the new principled BSDF shader in Blender 2.79. This means it uses a metallic image to give it a shine and reflect things of its surroundings. The environment map i used for the scene is not included.
This model has two different texture sets. One for the handle and one for the head of the mallet. Each set has a Diffuse, Normal map, roughness and metallic texture. These all plug into the principled shader.

The camera, lighting and background i used in this scene are included. Like previously stated, the environment map is not included. The first image is what you will see when opening the file. The background i used is hidden so if you would like to view it just un-check the eye icon in the outliner.
