The items should be either grouped together or put into folder for similar type. for e.g.: a chair should be selectable as one object(grouped), not as multiple entities that require a lot of selection process. The ceiling need to be grouped for each room. And, some object, when you select them, they have members from other objects? for e.g.: when I try to select one single piece of ceiling, it also select a few other from other rooms? I am using Unity3D 5.6.3, and all the items are not being gro
Description
This is a large, modular office area suite with conference room, entry lobby, hallways, and storage room. Two pose-able human models are also included. This set is designed to be generic and universal - you can use as-is or easily reconfigure into a new arrangement.

The cubicle office area is designed as a modular system of cubicle desks and walls that can are set up on a uniform grid spacing system so they can be quickly rearranged and placed using grid snap control. The conference room is also modular, including a set of tables with wrap-around corner modules. The entry lobby, storage room, and hallways were also all created and placed using the same grid spacing. All doors are hinged to open and close.

The pose-able human model has been designed using overlapping ball joint connections between limbs (right down to individual finger joints) to allow easy articulation/posing without the need for rigging.

Modeled to proper scale in meters, with a balance between polygon efficiency and good 3D detail at close range. Nearly all objects are texture (color & bump) mapped with a combination of specific and seamless textures. (3DS, OBJ, and FBX exports also use texture maps; DXF does not.) Most of the maps are 1024x1024 pixels. Lights are also included (.max file only).
