As far as textures, this model uses a simple side projection texture and colored surfaces for the rest. It does not have UV's laid out. I'll leave that to better texture artists to tackle.
There is a setup scene file supplied, with the rotors animated with 2 keys over 30 frames, set to repeat. The whole thing is parented to the main fuselage, which is parented to a 'main mover' null for easy animation. I've also added two simple morph targets for the rotors that bend the main blades up or down depending on it being in flight or on the ground.
The model uses Lightwave's layers, so removing parts such as the watertank to modify it for other purposes is effortless.
