Every book is made of 270 quad polygons. No 3 point polygons, no overlapping.
Added holding edges in case you want to make extremely close renders using subdivision. The shape remains smooth and undistorted. You can always remove those holding edges in case you do not need them and make the books even lighter for background use.
Please check the preview images for wireframe renders.
Every book has its own separate 2048x2048 pixels texture. BMP file format is used for maximum compatibility and to avoid any possible lose of quality because of compression.
Please check the preview images for example of a texture image with the UV cage on it. Warning, the example image is 800x800 pixels to fit the site requirements. However, the original texture is 2048x2048 pixels, as said.
Separate PSD file is included for every book. Every PSD file is properly structured. They differ depending on the book cover complexity but basicly consist of different layers for the base cover, front print, side print. The goal was to give as much flexibility as possible. By changing, editing, moving, replacing different parts of the texture you can make numerous combinations very fast. Those 21 books can become hundreds variations.
Also, you can very quickly extract the textures in the file format or size you need.
A separate 'dirt' layer is also added. You can control the 'old' look of the books just by controlling its opacity or even remove it for maximum clean look. Please have in mind that the BMP textures used for the preview renderings are with the 'dirt' layer included for maximum realism.
On top of all layers is a UV map cage so that you always know where on the model you are drawing.
A screenshot of one of the PSDs is included in the preview images.
