For UE4 users

- Unreal Engine 4, after importing the file you might get a No Smoothing Groups message.You can ignore that as these models have no smoothing groups or phong tags present due to their low-poly design characteristics.
- to keep the axis point where its originally set, uncheck the option Transform Vertex to Absolute on import in UE4, otherwise UE4 will default the axis point to the World centre axis 0,0,0,
