Low-poly game-ready 3D model of Race Track Pit Lane Garage / Pit Stop building, which is next to Pit Wall usually. It is suitable for creating a pit lane for Formula 1 or other circuit racing games/visualizations like Formula 2, WEC, Le Mans, etc.

The model does not require installation of additional plug-ins or software. You need only 3DS Max 2016 and V-Ray 3.30.04 to get the same rendering as on the preview image.
