Description
This is Lego Technics 8297 Cinema 4D Rigged Model made by Kalin Botev. This rig can drive the lego model in a plane following a spline path. Following the spline path the rig automaticly will calculate the tires rotation (which includes all transmision from back wheels throughout gimbals throughout differencial and all the way to the last piston rod in the engine). Basically you must chose a spline and animate the position control, the rig will do the rest. Every cogwheel, transmision and spring will work like in a real Lego Technics 8297 model. You have some basics controls like:
1.Spline Path - defines which spline to follow.
2.Position - define the spline position of the model.
3.Ride Height - defines suspension height of the model.
4.Aceleration Range - defines the value in cm/s^2 at which the suspension reach the limit.
5.Steering Range - defines how sensitive will be the steering.
6.L Door - open/close left door.
7.R Door - open/close right door.
8.Hood - open/close hood.
9.Trunk - open/close trunk.
--------Important Note---------------
This is a acceleration dependent rig which mean that the calculation of a suspension position will be accurate after the first frame of animation.
