It's weight painted for animations, I've tried different poses and tests, it should work well for all your needs.
I've rendered a simple Jaw animation to show how the specific jaw of the shark is working, it's fully funktional like a real shark (an example file for Blender with this animation is also included)
There's a 4096 px Texture for the Skin, a displacement map for the folds of the skin, a normal map for the details and a specular map. The teeth and the eyes are separated objects with the same textur maps like the body.
Ther's also a blend-file for the internal renderer and one for the new cycles engine, with materials and lighting.
The fbx-file is also rigged and textured, just the displacement map is not included, for Max, Maya or other programs, don't forget to use it afterwards.
