This model of a house in Havana made from photo references, so it is a real world object. It will definitely add details and atmosphere to any of your renders or videos. This model is a low-poly with PBR materials. The model is suitable for close-up renders, because it has a wide range of high-res textures. Warning: despite it's low polycount model is NOT ready for games, because amount of texture sets is not optimized for real-time engines
