This is a detailed and historical accurate model of a gothic cathedral.
With its 40159 polygons and its 41593 points it is optimised for
realtime 3D. Use it in your game, your realtime-presentation or as a
fast rendering background in your 3D rendering software.
The package contains three seperated and well textured models: The
cathedral, a bank of simple light beam ('steeks', which you can adapt
to your purposes) and a big medieval candleholder, which you can place
however you want to.
The textures are in the right scale for realtime-engines (from 64x64
till 1024x1024) and mostly handmade while using good shots from real
All screenshots you see above are made in a realtime-setting! Some of
them in lightwave, some of them in a directx realtime engine (like the
hires demo picture you can download below, too!)
Attention: If you want to have the cathedral to look like in our
screenshots, you have to convert it and adapt it to the specifications
of your 3d-engine. Some of the effects (like flames, caustics ore
flares) you see are not part of the model!
