This model is a golf bag with two versions, one with the clubs and one without.
In the 3ds Max file, one model is a single group object (containing the bag and clubs as one editable poly object and the towel as another) and the other model is just the bag (without clubs) as a single editable poly object (with no towel), so merging this into your scene is simple plug and play. Materials and textures are already applied. For the other exported formats, the model will import as three objects. All objects and materials have sensible, descriptive names. The .OBJ format contains its own set of texture bitmaps so it should import needing little or no extra attention.
