The scene is layered (and named) in parts and named with criteria. Most of the duplicated objects are grouped. Some of the objects can be turbosmoothed without any modification to polygons. All objects have mirror modifier applied. Maps are TGA between 2500-6000 pixels, speculars, bump and diffuse.
A control object is present to manipulate: - the building landing pad doors - antennas inclination - solar panels inclination

N.B. I used a different illumination and added some fog in post production.
Downloadable product render exactly as in preview images, of course surrounding buildings and horizon are included but didn't receive details as I intended to produce just the skyscraper.
