Flos, '2129' ceiling pendant lamp, 1969. Evoke the restrained modern aesthetics of Gino Sarfatti's 1950s midcentury modernist lamp styles. Designed by Sarfatti, an Italian lighting legend, the Model 2129 Drop Light from Flos Lighting consists of a counterweight and an arc in transparent methacrylate that is attached to the ceiling and can rotate horizontally through 360 degrees. Model 2129 has a ceiling canopy and a painted brass counterweight along with a cup-shaped reflector made of two lathed aluminum pieces painted white and caviar grey.
