The file includes hair mesh and basic eyeballs. Simple eyebrows are placed to prevent the face from looking odd. If you take the time to texture and animate this model it will look great!

The head is 2574 faces and 2575 vertices. It is untextured.
Be sure to convert this polygonal mesh to subdivision surfaces within Maya. Since all of the detail is at level 0 I have converted the subdivision surface to polygons. But this mesh is meant to be used as a subdivision surface. You will most likely have to increase your maximum base mesh face value when converting to subD.
