-Low poly (game ready) especially if you remove the wires from the wall it goes under 500 polys. -Clean geometry with no issues, only tris and quads. - Frozen transformations , clean of history, real scale.
-The scene is perfectly organized in groups and layers with logical names for MAX, MAYA and FBX versions. -MAX and MAYA scenes have daylight systems applied and give identical results (the images you see). -OBJ and LWO formats come with separated shading groups and have UV mapping information and references to the texture files. -All texture files are included in the respective zip file for each format.
