The chair was made in Maya, the original .ma files include the materials and the studio setup as well, with two camera bookmarks. Textures are also included: one chesnut wood (a darker colour) and a lighter wood colour. Plastic materials are correct in Maya, but not in Max, nor in the .fbx, .obj files.
The non-native formats however still load the UV mapping correctly, so you'll only need to apply the material.
Ideal for photorealistic renders and close-ups as well.
