Native format: 3Ds Max 2009. additional file formats : fbx obj Materials are used only in 3Ds Max 2009 and FBX files. The OBJ version has no materials, but the OBJ archive contains all the textures
Scene comes in two versions - High Poly and Low Poly. For ease of use, these versions are contained in separate archives, that's why there are 2 archives for 3Ds Max 2009 format, 2 archives for fbx format and 2 archives for obj format.
Lighting setup is included. All materials, lights, camera, render setups are ready! 3Ds Max 2009 scene is ready to use.

Besides that, in a separate archive Game_Engine_Maps there are texture maps for landscape developement in the game and realtime engines. These tesxture maps are developed with World Machine, Substance Painter and Photoshop. All texture maps are at PNG and JPG, with the exception of the heightmap which in has a 4k RAW16 variant. Perfect for any game and real time engine.
