A low-poly, general purpose derelict pub model (East end, London). Modelled in Blender in real world scale (metric system, based upon a wild guess).
Rendered and issued in polygonal form. Geometry is full quads and not fit for subdivision.
The HDRI I used to render this model is NOT included.
Three materials, three sets of 2048X2048 PBR textures in .Jpg format. Each set includes Base Color, Normal, Roughness and Metallic maps. Textures for all formats are kept as a dedicated download in the support files section.
The building itself has two materials applied, the third one is applied to the paving. Each object only has a single material applied.
This model is completely unwrapped with a mix of overlapping/non overlapping UVs.
Exported at the origin with frozen transforms.
Object, textures and material are logically named with matching names.
The Blender Cycles materials might need rebuilding when imported in an application other than Blender, but is exported correctly to .Fbx as a Phong material.
