Description
High-quality model of a Dalek from Doctor Who, along with several variations depicting variants seen in the TV show.

The model was created in Blender and textured in Substance Painter, so although materials have only been set upper Blender Cycles, it should be relatively straightforward to set them up in any other program with PBR shader support.

The Blender version of the model is fully rigged with head, eye, gun and arm movement, and also the ability to control the flashing lights on the head. Multiple 'ID tag' variations are also included and can be switched by changing UV maps and shape keys.

There are a great deal of .png textures included, ranging from 512x512 to 4096x4096. The ID tag texture is in .psd format, allowing easy customisation.

Preview renders were rendered with the 'film' colour response enabled and exposure set to 2.

Variants included* are:

Basic bronze Dalek (used 2005-present)
Damaged 'Cage' Dalek (from the 2005 episode 'Dalek')
Clawed Dalek (from the 2005 episode 'The Parting of the Ways')
Two different Imperial Guard Daleks (from the 2005 episode 'The Parting of the Ways')
Dalek Sec (from 2006's 'Doomsday' and 2007's 'Daleks in Manhattan')

Doctor Who is copyright the BBC and the Daleks are owned by Terry Nation.

*The .fbx container only has the original Dalek file, but if you aren't using Blender and want any of the other variations it should be easy to simply replace the textures and import the different attachments from the .obj files. Blender also supports multiple other export formats such as Collada and .3ds if necessary.
