Features: - All objects instanced for optimal memory consumption - Buildings built up out of individual parts that can be easily reused to build more, customized buildings - 2 Multi/Sub-Object Material with V-Ray Materials for rendering with V-Ray for 3ds Max (as in the demonstration images) - 2 Multi/Sub-Object Material with Standard Materials with applied color textures for rendering with other renderers - Comes with realistic V-Ray materials and V-Ray lighting setup for 3ds Max - Real-world scale - Scene units: Centimeters, Display units: Centimeters - Mesh subdivides clean and holds the shape accordingly - Unique and meaningful names for objects, materials, textures - Cleaned up and optimized scene with layers and groups - Model centered at origin - Fully UV-mapped - Fully textured with all needed maps
Notice: The demonstration images are created by using the native file format. This format featues a complex shading setup to generate dirt and details on the geometry procedurally using ambient occlusion and V-Ray triplanar textures. Using the V-Ray native file format is highly recommended. The Max version that uses the standard scanline renderer or OBJ version comes with basic color textures applied only. In order to get the same details like in the demonstration images you need to use a V-Ray version that supports triplanar texture mapping.
Available File Formats: - 3ds Max 2017 + VRay 3.60.03 Lighting Setup (recommended) - 3ds Max 2015 + VRay 3.60.03 Lighting Setup (works with V-Ray versions that support V-Ray Triplanar Texture) - 3ds Max 2012 with standard materials (model only with diffuse textures applied) - OBJ with MTL File (model only, no shading/lighting setup) - FBX (model only, no shading/lighting setup)
