Model has not textures and materials. But the model has a high quality surface, so you can easily select the required group of polygons and assign them the necessary materials.
In scenes of a 3ds Max and MODO, I used instances for identical items - such as columns, balusters and railings stand, - is it possible to significantly reduce the number of polygons in the scene. And you can easily edit the shape of these elements. The total number of polygons in the scene is 12 981 (without instances).
The OBJ file are not used instances, so the full scene contains 168627 polygons.
