The model was updated. If you need to use additional formats like obj, fbx or 3ds, use preferably the obj format, where it is guaranteed that the file textures will import correctly. Correct import of textures in the the formats of 3ds, fbx and dae cannot be guaranted, use obj preferably.
V-Ray and Standard materials are avaiable. The textures are in the 3ds Max file archive.

Obj, dae, fbx, 3ds format are maximally optimized to allow correct import (if you use these formats). You need to apply turbosmooth or similiar modifier to the 3ds, obj, dae or fbx versions if you want to achiave the desired round look of the blocks.

Objects are in their own layer. Each item has unique name. No part-name confusion when importing. Centered on 0,0,0.
