Apartment with 12 Condos REVIT 3D model

Here is a FULL modern apartment building model including all indoor furnishing and outdoor vegetation with European style.
This model is suitable for use in broadcast, high-res film close-up, advertising, design visualization, forensic presentation, etc.

No Photoshop or compositing used, Product is ready to render out-of-the-box. Preview images before the wireframe are rendered with V-Ray 3.00.08 (with V-Ray materials and V-Ray lights). After the wireframe they are rendered with Scanline (with Standard materials and standard lights.). There are also REVIT screenshots (images 6-13) and IFC at BIMVISION screenshots(images 14-17). BIMVISION is a free software to view IFC format BIM models and scenes.

There are 1 basement floor, 2 normal residential floors and 1 duplex residential floor with 4 penthouse terraces.
The roof is asphalt brick roof with elevator machine tower and terraces .
The building is designed and modeled with REVIT software. Exterior facade design and vegetation is made with 3ds Max. REVIT and IFC format files are included with MAX, OBJ and FBX format files.

Render settings are optimized for a quick but high quality render for simulating a realistic hires exterior scene. Besides the camera views of the scene, you can take rendering shot anywhere from the scene by using even only PERSPECTIVE view window. Because the exposure is adjusted according to default camera and default perspective views in the scene.

The objects and are named architecturally and gathered in the according groups so it is easy to work with it. (for merging parts to other files or search in file etc.):
***sss3D-Building*** is the name of the group that contains only the building model. (Neither the environment nor the furnishing is found.)
***sss3D-Building_balcony_plants*** is the name of the group that contains only the plants found in the balconies of the building.
***sss3D-Building_Furnitures*** is the name of the group that contains only the furnitures inside building.
***sss3D-Building_plants_garden*** is the name of the group that contains only plants inside the fence wall of the buildings garden (NOT the plants found environmental).

Besides groups you can also refer to Named Selection Sets for quick massive selecting by selection presets COLUMNS, CURTAINS, FURNITURES, ONLY BUILDING, PLANTS AT BALCONIES, PLANTS AT GARDEN.
Each floor part of the building, furnitures and vegetation is found in separate layers so 3D plan section renderings are available for each floor.(refer to presentation images 14-19.)
