abandoned wooden house 3d is model created in 3ds max 2016. the model is the house in two options - 8x5 and 8x8 meters. these are not just single structures. this is constructor with many details different elements of the house. with these details you can create a huge variety of different houses even a whole village. all elements grouped in appropriate folders in the layers. open layers is 3ds max and choose an element necessary to you. it is low-poly model but I tried to make it the most photorealistic. game ready.        
        ROOF. the model contains three forms of roofs in 8x8 option and two forms in 8x5 option. each form has four types of roof coating - slate, tile, metal green and metal rust(red). and there is also a wooden finishing of a roof (named - base and roof parts) in 5 options (white, blue, light blue, yellow, green). thus combining all these elements you receive a huge number of options. you only need to hide/unhide the element necessary to you in the layers in 3ds max.
        WALL. there are six types of external walls and three types of internal. external in white, yellow, green, blue, light blue and red option. internal in wooden bar, planks and whitewashing options. and also only walls have two options - original and option with windows-doors. in the first option just walls. in the second option I have made door and window openings. I have made apertures on the discretion. if you don't like my version of apertures, you can do the apertures themselves. for this purpose I also left original options of walls. all you need is the basic skills of modeling and connect and snap tools in 3ds max. one window on a house wall, two, three - depends only on your taste.
        external finishing of walls. I called it columns because I don't know as it correctly is called in construction. columns I called the acting parts of a bar on house corners. they exist in 9 types in 5 colours - red, blue, light blue, white, yellow, green. 9 types for 8x5 and 8x8 options.
        and there are 4 views of the base for each of houses (8x8-8x5) - brick, plastered and two wooden option. you can also try option without the base. such houses exist too. floor and ceiling exist in two options. the porch is made in two options - just steps and covered in grey and green versions.
        WINDOWS-DOORS. windows. I have made windows in three coloring (white, yellow, light blue) with three types of window surround (white, yellow, light blue). and also all parts of windows exist in original option and option 8x8 and 8x5 of the house for an example.
        doors. I have made 3 options of a doorframe (white, yellow and green), 3 frames for a porch and also 5 options of doors ( 3 white, yellow and green). and for doors there are 5 versions of handles. the centers of the doors are set correctly for door hinges. that is you will have no problems with correct opening of doors.
        all the elements, textures and materials have the correct and unique name. all textures have 2048x2048 size and consist of diffuse and specular maps. separately textures for external walls, separately for internal walls, for a covering of roofs. windows and doors are separately
collected. finishing of a roof and also columns are also made separate texture. all similar elements are grouped in one texture. exception only walls and coverings of roofs - 6 walls fit on 2 textures and 4 roofs also on two textures.
        the scene for 96% consists of quads. there are no ngons. 36906 polys total and one house about 3800 polys.
