Wine glass inspired by the ones prominently featured in the NBC TV show Hannibal seasons 1 and 2. I didn't have any reference images so I did the modeling from memory.
I've added a glass material to it. Due to a large amount of reflective faces, the rendering times can be long as per any glass surfaces. In order to get the transparent shadows, you'll have to enable advanced ray shadows and in the optimization properties enable the transparent shadows.
The glass model is split into two elements and grouped together. It contains the base glass handle and the upper body. If after the import the two elements are ungrouped, just select them both and group them together to work with the whole glass.
