V-Ray and Standard materials are avaiable. The textures are in the 3ds Max file archive.
The max file contains both the geometry of the snow and also the original particle system from which the snow was created, so you can crate your own snow mesh (and modified it easily) with your own mesher (default maxs or 'frost' plugin for example) if interested and needed.
