Characters are skinned (biped) and include several animations.

Buildings also have some animations and they are designed for a strategy game and has big doors in all its walls, so the game characters can walk through the buildings (see the preview video). They also include Construction and destruction models.

Each model (characters and buildings) also includes a 512x512 texture with alpha channel that can be used to aply different team colors to the model.
