It's weight painted for animations, I've tried different poses and test walk cycles, it should work well for all your needs. There's a 6000 px Texture for the Skin, a displacement map for the folds of the skin, a normal map for the scales and a specular map. The teeth, the tonque and the eyes are separated objects with the same or separated textures.
There's also a blend-file for the internal renderer and one for the new cycles engine, with materials and lighting.
The fbx-file is also rigged and textured, just the displacement map is not included, for Max, Maya or other programs, don't forget to use it.
