The scene you see on the first 10 presentation images are only rendered with 4 lights with shadow maps and a HDRI for the reflections. No global illumination, ambient occlusion, blurry reflections or something, so the render time is relative short. This model has been modeled with a clean topology. Eyeballs, eyeled and teeth are modeled separately an have there own textures.
