The native file format is Cinema 4D. The Cinema 4D file has lights, camera, materials applied, and an HDRI sky object setup. It is also setup with Subdivision Surfaces for high resolution rendering. You just need to load an HDRI image to the empty HDRI material balls luminance channel.
All other formats include both low and high resolution models and will need tweaking to the materials.
Previews were rendered with basic materials, global illumination, and ambient occlusion.
