Santa character is separated on its own .MAX scene. Every other items are grouped on a single scene: XmaxKit_*.max.

These models are not intended for mesh subdivision from its original concept but you can experiment for achieving new effects.
Units system is: 1 unit = 1 cm. Santa Characters are around 145cm tall. Every other item is relatively in adequate proportion to Santa model.
The material is standard with a diffuse color. Suitable for lit or unlit rendering. Easy to switch to new renderers.

Small PNG of 256x256 pixels. Each polygon is mapped to a single texel color. Very easy to edit with free pX Poly Paint scripted tool.
|| SETUP ||
Santa Rigged with Skin modifier and Biped system. A simple rig with additional controls for the beard, mustache, mouth and tip of the hat.
