This is a skyscraper in Lightwave format. It includes two texture jpeg files ('windows2' and 'lobby_door_window'). You can choose to make any of the individual windows dark or lit by selecting the individual window's polygon in Modeler and changing the surface name to either 'dark_windows' or 'windows', respectively. You can also adjust the luminosity of the windows. The preview photos show the model as rendered with medium antialiasing, with glow enabled and a setting of 50% glow intensity and a glow radius of 30 pixels.
