Lighting/material setup for mental ray, designed for gamma (2.2) correction; files units feet. If you're not using gamma correction you may need to adjust the tex. maps. Simple walls/floor as well (floor texture maps came from the ArchMat texture library that installed with max9, but I included them in the archive for convenience).
All objects mapped and ready, all textures included in the archive, and paths have been stripped. Ready to render out of the box
