1-This model has the intention to give the artist a fast, easy and intuitive way to create a wide variety of people of different ages, races and gender. Is built in a way that you can switch inside the animation from one character type to another, and give you the posibility to mantain or change the skin color, skin type and the eye color. All the switches are done with sliders wich you can key inside the animation, so there is no need for the artist to tweek the meshes.

4-Skeletons and IKs This mesh is rigged via Fullbody Ik. Each gender and age has its own skeleton and rig setup, so when animating you will have to deal with the specific rig corresponding to the age or gender you are using (All of them are named and easy to find in the outliner) if you want you can assign each of them to a layer. Also you have the posibility to use various rigs at the same time if you set a miidle point betwen ages. In this case note that the influence of one or another rig will depend on the point you are betwen the ages or races.

5-Blend Shapes,facial expression and phonemes.
All of the races, genders and ages have their own set of facial expressions, modifications and phonemes. You will find them in the Blend Shapes Menu under Animation. All of them are Named, are keyable and blendable among the different ages and gender so it will give you a range to generate the desired result. Feel free to experiment with those.
The provided polyhair will blend and change depending on the age, gender and race. Not high resolution hair and only provided in order for you to have a base to create or directly use in case it suits your needs. You can always add your own pfx hair to any of the meshes by parenting the scalp to the desired head effector in the IK rig of your choise.
7-General Main textures are controlled via Layered Textures (Skin and Eyes) TO CHANGE THE SKIN TONE USE 'LAYERED NODE IN THE HYPERSHADE' So you can switch and get to the desired skin color by sliding the alpha slider to reveal or oclude the texture.
