Made in blender and textured in substance painter with pbr textures. This is subdivided sofa set from my house floor plan project. Contains two sofas and two 4k texture sets.
No complex blender materials used so you can easily get same results with other renderers. Just place the textures and render. Some parts of UV:s are overlapping, but mostly they are non-overlapping. Real world scale. Metric system used. Origins of both objects are in center of meshes. Mesh contains polygonal quads only. No triangles or ngons used!
