This old warehouse is low poly enough for real time applications but detailed enough for static renders. It was originally modeled in 3DS Max 2010. The renders are done with the UDK (UDK files not included).
-texture paths are relative and should be ready to go as soon as you open the model

-4096x4096 diffuse, normal, and specular maps in .tga format
-UV Unwrapped with overlap
-standard 3ds Max materials
-no special plug-ins necessary to use this product
