Model was created for real-time game render with PBR textures. But can be used for render.
First preview image rendered with RenderMan all other with Marmoset Toolbag 2 (realtime render).

Total number of textures are 11. 5 for body, 6 for items. Base Color map Roughness map (can be add to gloss channel but need to be inverted) Normal map (for some renders and game engine need to flip Y or green channel) Metallic map (reflectivity) AO map Opacity | Alpha map (items only)
Easy can be used for render and game (realtime render).
