Turbosmooth modifier is applied on the meshes by default.
The props, the jacket, the sunglasses and the watches are separate meshes and have their own UV layout.
Mental Ray is assigned as a renderer. SSS Fast materials are used for the body, jacket and watches. Arch & design metal and glass material is used for the sunglasses.
There are 4 light position presets stored in the 0, 10, 20, 30 keyframes accordingly. The preview images are rendered with the 3rd preset at keyframe 20. Move the animation time slider to see the difference.
Smart eyes-constraint system: the eyes look at the empty dummy object in front of them. Move that dummy to see the difference.
Clean edgeloop-based topology with quads and a few small triangles. There is the following poly count:
- 23082 polygons - 22307 vertices
- 13522 polygons - 13507 vertices
- 6168 polygons - 6170 vertices
- 1332 polygons - 1332 vertices
- 1436 polygons - 1436 polygons
The 3d models, the charachter itself and the props are mapped with the UVW Unwrap modifier. The diffuse, normal, specular, specular color, gloss, ambient occlusion, glow for the watches and alpha and the four-sided reflection cube map for the sunglasses are included. The textures are in the 2048x2048 for the body and 1024x1024 for the jacket and 512x512 for the sunglasses and the watches in the uncompressed 32-bit TGA texture format.
The character is rigged with the Character Studio biped using the skin modifier. The body and the jacket have a separate skin modifiers but are rigged to the same biped. The watches mesh is linked to the right biped forearm. The sunglasses mesh is linked to the biped head. The biped is hidden by the default. To unhide it press right mouse button, then 'unhide all'.
